The Role: As a Training Administration Assistant, your role it to support the administration of our training programs. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, data entry, records administration and liaising with existing and potential clients. About You: Previous experience in an administrative role. Willingness to learn and retain complex information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet. Experience working with databases and record-keeping systems. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Outlook calendars and Excel formulas, pivot tables, and reporting (intermediate level). Experience using training databases such as VETtrak and Canvas Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels. About the role: Looking for a passionate, hard working first year apprentice Stonemason working with sandstone, limestone, marble and other stone products to produce stone monuments, buildings (heritage and new), arches, chimneys, stairs, windows, fireplaces and bench tops. As an apprentice you will learn all aspects of the trade including working with all types of stone products while gaining on the job experience, you will also complete a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Stonemasonry (CPC32320) Why join us? As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of nursery work, including: Propagation, planting, and potting of plants Watering, fertilising, and maintaining plant health Identifying plant species and common pests or diseases Assisting with general nursery maintenance and cleanliness Preparing orders and dispatching stock Using horticultural tools and equipment safely You will also complete a nationally recognised AHC30624 Certificate III in Production Horticulture, setting the foundation for a rewarding career in the industry.
